Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /backup/qa/www/sub/rss/product.php on line 32

Unfortunately, it was impossible to download the software - the DB3NF home didn't respond; transfert aborted by timeout, even trying multiple other providers - ultimately, the download seems to come from DB3NF site, and it was offline.

So, if you have another solution for me ...

I'm interrested in developing small desktop applications in conjunction with MySQL. I'm out of business since more than 10 years now, but I still love to develop some software, just for my pleasure. Besides other tools, I used WINDEV V4.1 from PC-Soft, and I have an official licence with parallel dongle for that AGL. But now, my new laptops don't have parallel ports any more, and my old 486 is out of service. Updrading to the new version V10 of WINDEV isn't an option - too expensive just for personal playing. So, I looked for some solid freeware RAD AGL. I tried a lot of those, and the results are not encouraging. So, I stumbled over the DB3NF description, and wanted to have a look on it.
